2007 was a year Hmong American Institute for Learning
(HAIL) worked hard to complete unfinished projects in the Literary and
Traditional Arts programs. We also hosted a visual art gallery
exhibition, provided professional training for Hmong artists to teach
art in the schools, and built capacity for the organization in
developing a new strategic plan.
