About Hmong Arts Connection

Who we are   In this section Hmong Arts Connection (HArC) is the place for writers, artists and the community to experience Hmong “literary and visual art in action”.  HArC provides development for emerging Hmong artists and writers and is a resource on Hmong arts and culture. We are dedicated to continuing the practice of art as a part of our heritage in an age of technology and globalization.
